Gail WomersleyMSF SA recruit Gail Womersley, aged 27, has arrived in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine where she will complete a one-year contract with MSF as a clinical psychologist. Gail is a member of MSF’s HIV and Tuberculosis (TB) project team working in the prisons and detention centres of the region, providing a range of psychological support for patients.Along with a team of national psychologists, Gail will work to manage psychological support services in the prison system where mental health problems are often ignored and where many prisoners are also injecting drug users.
