Bhelekazi is a passionate registered nurse with 19 years solid and valuable experience in both the private and public health sectors. Results-oriented, high energy and hands-on with a successful proven record of being reliable and efficient.

She is currently a school nurse manager at St Albans College for boys. Proud to be part of the school with the vision to prepare young men for life. She had been with MSF for two years as the Clinic Activity Manager for Kgomotso Care Centres (KCC) in the Sexual Violence Project in Rustenburg, North West Province. She also played a critical role at the forefront fighting against COVID-19 pandemic in Johannesburg.

Before joining MSF, she worked for Gauteng Provincial Department of Health as a Programme Coordinator where she was overseeing the running of 26 designated Clinical Forensic Medicine (CFM) facilities inclusive of seven Thuthuzela Care Centres (TCCs) in the province. During this time she trained over 100 doctors and professional nurses on the management of sexual violence cases.

She also spent three years of her profession working as a midwife in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates at Al Corniche Maternity Hospital.

Maximina Kazetu is a qualified Business Management Officer and a member of the Economics Association of Zambia. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lusaka and is currently studying for Masters in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh School of Business).

She worked for MSF Zambia under the Kapiri Mposhi HIV/AIDS and Lusaka Cholera Project 2009 – 2011 and is a very active association member. She currently works for the Zambia Revenue Authority as an Inspector and appointed Change Manager for All Direct and Indirect Taxes Projects.  She is a driven, committed and dedicated to any duty bestowed upon her and diligently work to the best of her ability.

Yeukai is a qualified finance and operations professional with 15 years of financial experience and 11 years of management experience at country and project management levels in these areas. She possesses a bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Business Intelligence. She is also a certified Program Management professional.

She spent almost 6 years with MSF Belgium in the Zimbabwe Coordination as deputy Finance Coordinator and then Finance Coordinator from 2012 to 2018.  She had financial oversight of various projects encompassing HIV/TB, SGBV, NCDs, Wash and reproductive health during this time. This exposure gave Yeukai a strong health programming perspective.

Currently, Yeukai is Finance and Operations Manager in the Pathways Project covering 9 districts and reaching out to 250,000 people under Catholic Relief Services. She is part of the project management team of this project whose goal is getting to zero new HIV infections.

Yeukai is passionate about compliance and proper financial and operational controls in order for funding to best serve the clients in humanitarian interventions and achieve positive impact.

Harvest Chapomba is a qualified and experienced HR Manager with over 10 years of Human Resource Management experience in both profit and non-profit making organizations.

Currently working for Ecobank Malawi Limited as Human Resources Manager, he also doubles as Learning and Development Manager for the Ecobank Group.

He worked as HR and Admin Manager at Doctors Without Borders in Malawi and was Seconded to Afghanistan and Cape Town.

Before joining, he worked with Johns Hopkins Research Project and G4S Malawi as a Human Resource manager. He also worked with Standard Bank Malawi Limited and First Capital Bank.

Harvest has strategic and operational experience in Human Resource Management in both medical and non-medical organizations and has worked in emergency contexts.

Harvest holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, an Advance Diploma in Business Administration (ABE) and a Foundation Diploma in Accounting (ICAM). Currently, he is studying for a Master of Business Administration at the Malawi Institute of Management.

Spencer Botolo is a Malawian Medical and Humanitarian professional with more than twelve years of experience in the Medical and Humanitarian sectors. He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Action, Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems Management and Diploma and Certificate in Clinical Medicine. Currently, he is studying Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management at Unicaf University, Zambia.
Spencer is currently working full time as Site Clinical Coordinator with USA PEPFAR/CDC funded Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) Malawi's HIV Epidemic Control Project (Reach 95 95 95) in Blantyre, Malawi. Previously he worked with MSF France and MSF Belgium (National staff), Nkhoma Mission Hospital and St Gabriel's Hospital in the capacities of Assistant Medical Coordinator, HIV TB Clinical Mentor, caretaker Medical Activity Manager and Medical Focal Point, Palliative Care Outreach Activity Manager, Clinical Officer and Senior Medical Assistant respectively.
 

Munyaradzi Dhodho is an accomplished public health specialist, nurse practitioner, epidemiologist, health informatics specialist and development practitioner. For over 15 years, Munyaradzi Dhodho has been a noteworthy leader in the management of HIV/AIDS and TB in Africa. Currently working for Zimbabwe Health Interventions in the Strategic Information and Evaluation department, Munyaradzi leads learning activities and the application of evidence-based health practise through research. Munyaradzi Dhodho has worked for MSF-OCB and MSF Southern Africa in different capacities for a combined 13 years. You may have known him as the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for MSF Southern Africa, but Munyaradzi Dhodho can also be credited with contributions to Clinical management of HIV and TB patients, in Buhera District and leading project coordination in Manicaland Province of Zimbabwe.

He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Nursing Science from the University of Zimbabwe, a BSc degree in HIV/AIDS Management and Community development from Chinhoyi University of Technology, an MSc degree in Development Studies from the National University of Science and Technology, an MSc degree in Health Informatics from The University of Sheffield, and an MPH degree candidate (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from the University of Cape Town.  

Nkanyiso Gambu is a dedicated and technically skilled professional Nurse with medical, research, training and administrative support skill set developed throughout his 18 years of experience. He has worked as Program Officer, Nurse Tutor/Lecturer, Project Coordinator, Nursing Activities Manager, Prescribing Nurse Practitioner and General Nurse.

Nkanyiso is not only a holder of BSc Honours Nursing Science but also of a Master of Public Health. He also has other certificates that are related to humanitarian medical activities. He has passion for emergency work as well research. He is currently working with Eswatini MoH in emergency COVID-19 response.

Rebecca Cederholm is a skilled project manager with +20 years experience working with members and participatory governance in the not-for-profit sector.  She graduated from New York University with a Master of Arts and most recently completed a 1,5-year certification program in Agile Project Management.

Rebecca works for Afrikagrupperna, a non-profit solidary membership organization which collaborates with partner organizations in Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe under the themes of Sexual and Reproductive Rights; Food, Land Rights, Natural Resources, and Human Rights.

She worked for MSF from 2006-to 2019 and has held associative positions in MSF USA, MSF Sweden, OCB and in the International Office. In 2021 she conducted an evaluation of the Movement-Wide Association.  She has been a member of MSF Southern Africa since 2010 and has been a member of the MSF SnA Governance Working Group since 2019.

Qhubekani Mpala is currently studying towards getting his Masters in Public Health after achieving his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Mpilo School of Nursing in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He also holds many certificates of qualification ranging from clinical health to project management.

Currently, Qhubekani is the Country Programs Manager for infectious diseases at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Inc (CHAI) in Eswatini. He has 15 years of working experience in healthcare and public health. 

Qhubekani served as a research assistant at MSF OCG at the Eswatini TB/HIV project from 2013 to 2019.  He has a core understanding of MSF’s charter and values. His main drivers are making a difference in the lives of the less privileged and saving lives whilst ensuring the unheard voices have a platform to speak out.
