MSF at the 77th World Health Assembly

The World Health Assembly (WHA) is the annual meeting of the world’s health ministers and acts as the decision-making body of the World Health Organization (WHO). The 77th WHA will take place from 27 May to 1 June 2024.

This year, MSF calls for better access to health products for all people and improved pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

AURELIE BAUMEL/MSF
It is unacceptable that 1.25 million children fall ill and 200,000 die of TB every year. That’s 1 child dying of TB every 3 minutes. All countries should update and align their national policies with the latest WHO guidelines and ensure that the policies are implemented so that all children with TB can access the tests and therapies that can save their lives.
