MSF Rainbow Network

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) aims to create a work environment where all staff feel safe, respected, and valued. 

The MSF Rainbow Network was founded in 2016 to ensure that the definition of diversity in MSF includes sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression; to stimulate initiatives that enhance the inclusiveness of LGBTQ+ staff; and to enable the visibility of LGBTQ+ staff for those who want to be out. The Rainbow Network connects LGBTQ+ staff and allies and organises activities of interest to members, and is linked to the network’s objectives.
