The Association Manager provides strategic direction for the Association unit,, and is responsible for internal communication with the association, governance advice to the board and logistical and administrative support for associative activities in the region. The function provides a link between the association, the board and the executive.
My responsibility is to give administrative and logistical support to the Association Unit, to ensure the efficient functioning of the Unit by helping to plan, organise, execute and review/evaluate all associative and governance activities and events for the Unit, Board and wider regional association.
Robert serves as a crucial link between the membership, the SA office, and the Board with respect to all matters related to governance and oversight. He works closely with the Association Manager in coordinating the Associative activities in the region as well as formulation and implementation of the MSF Southern Africa Associative strategies. Robert also ensures overall information and knowledge management for the MSF SAA Board.
